Report a lost or stolen card

To prevent fraudulent use of your card please call us as soon as you notice your card is missing. Lines are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

If you are overseas, make a collect call to us or contact the nearest HSBC office or any Visa, Mastercard or JCB (memberships held) member bank.

Call us once you know or suspect that your credit card is missing. We can quickly assist in preventing your credit card from being used illegally and send you a replacement card.

You will not be held liable for any unauthorized charges incurred after reporting your lost or stolen card if you have exercised care to safeguard your card.
